Visionworks seeks a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the front line of our brand, guiding patients through a human and bold eyewear journey. This part-time role requires optical knowledge, strong customer service, and the ability to meet daily sales goals.

The Sr. OS ensures compliance with state licensing where required, delivers product expertise, and supports store operations while providing an engaging, friendly customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by guiding the Customer/Patient experience.
• Engages with patients to recommend eyewear products and services.
• Measures customers for eyewear and maintains product knowledge through training.
• Performs daily store operations, including opening/closing as needed.
