Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to represent our brand at the store level, guiding the patient through a human and bold eyewear journey. The role requires optical knowledge and a passion for helping customers look and see great, with 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification.

The Sr. OS leads customer interactions, meets daily sales goals, and may handle opening/closing duties in LEAD positions, while ensuring license requirements are maintained as

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by optimizing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services meeting eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Support store operations to meet financial and customer experience goals.
