Job summary

Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of the store, guiding patients through eyewear choices with a focus on service, knowledge, and a bold, human approach.

This part-time role requires optical experience or ABO certification, plus a HS diploma, and a passion for helping customers look great and see clearly. You will drive sales, maintain stock, and ensure a smooth store operation.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other).
• ABO Certification may replace experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services meeting eye care needs.
• Measures eyewear fits and maintains product/optical knowledge through ongoing training.
• Supports store operations including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
