• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Meets eyewear measurements and maintains product/optical knowledge through ongoing training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Performs day-to-day operational tasks to support store financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed.
