Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through eyewear choices with a human and bold approach. The role requires optical product knowledge, strong customer service, and readiness to lead the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required ( Visionworks or other) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through Visionworks experience to ensure eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way
• Assist customers on the sales floor to select frames, lenses and services
• Maintain licensing requirements per state guidelines and dispense eyewear where required
