Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, dedicated to helping patients look great and see great with a friendly, human approach.

The role drives daily sales goals, engages with patients, measures eyewear, and supports store operations including restocking and order fulfillment. A current State Optician License is required, and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current State Optician License.
• Related customer or patient experience is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through ongoing training.
• Execute daily store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
