Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a personable Sales Lead to be the face of our store in Fort Collins. You will guide customers through their eyewear journey with a friendly, human and bold approach, leveraging product knowledge and service excellence.

You will drive sales, engage with patients, and ensure eyewear is measured and fitted correctly while supporting daily store operations and training to stay current with optics offerings.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
