Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through a simple, human, and bold vision care journey.

You will be trained on optics, products and managed vision care to ensure eyewear needs are met with confidence. You will drive daily sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience, engage with patients, recommend fitting products, and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training to ensure accuracy and quality in

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering excellent Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend products to meet eye care needs.
• Measure eyewear for fit and perform training to ensure first-time accuracy.
• Perform store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
