Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through eyewear selection and the Visionworks experience with a human and bold touch.

The role requires 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, a valid state license where required, and a strong focus on meeting daily sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification
• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidance, as needed

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store in LEAD positions only
