Job summary

Visionworks of America in Nashville is seeking a charismatic Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with expert product knowledge and a friendly, human touch.

You will drive daily sales by optimizing the patient journey, recommending eyewear solutions, and leading store operations, with training support to ensure first-time-right eyewear and a positive, inclusive customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including opening and closing the store as needed.
