Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Retail Third Key/Sales Lead in Mount Juliet, TN to guide the customer journey from entry to eyewear selection. You will lead daily sales goals, train team members, and ensure exceptional service while promoting Visionworks' products and vision care services.

Ideal candidates have a passion for helping customers look and see great, strong communication skills, and a readiness to represent the brand with energy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only
