Job summary

Visionworks in Knoxville, TN is seeking a friendly Retail Third Key/Sales Lead who can deliver exceptional patient and customer experiences. You will know optics, recommend products, and guide customers through the Visionworks journey with a human, bold approach.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with opportunities to grow within the store team. You will help open/close the store and support sales goals through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store.
