Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer.

The person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/services and managed vision care, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with a simple, human and bold approach. You will deliver daily sales goals, engage with patients, recommend products, measure eyewear for fits, and support in-store operations

Qualifikationen

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Aufgaben

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measures patients/customers for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through training to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Executes day-to-day store operations including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
