Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our brand, delivering a seamless patient journey from greeting to eyewear selection. You’ll be trained in optics and our services to meet eyewear needs in a simple, human and bold way.

This part-time role emphasizes achieving daily sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge through continuous training.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other organization).
• ABO Certification can substitute for experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals by delivering excellent Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend products/services that fit eye care needs.
• Keep eyewear knowledge current through ongoing training and development to ensure first-time right choices.
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
