Job summary

Visionworks in the United States is seeking a Third Key OD Tech/Sales Lead who will be the friendly face guiding patients through the Visionworks experience. You’ll use your optical knowledge to ensure eyewear needs are met with a simple, human, and bold approach, while supporting sales goals and service standards.

As part of a store leadership team, you will train and engage with patients, dispense eyewear where licensed, and help open/close the store as needed in LEAD roles, delivering

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Optician per state guidelines where applicable.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by optimizing the Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend eyewear products that meet eye care needs.
• Measure and fit eyewear, maintain optical knowledge through ongoing training and development.
• Support store operations including opening/closing in LEAD roles to meet financial and customer experience goals.

Education
