Job summary

Visionworks, a leader in vision care, is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to be the face of the store and ensure an exceptional patient journey. You will guide customers on eyewear choices and drive daily sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Requirements include optical experience or ABO certification, HS diploma, and a passion for service. Responsibilities cover customer engagement, product recommendations, merchandising, and order fulfillment to deliver Right the First Time eyewear.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship
