Job summary

LensCrafters in California seeks a Casual Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will help patients choose frames, use measurements, and apply coatings, while supporting a friendly, inclusive store environment.

In this role, you’ll leverage prior retail or customer service experience, operate POS systems, and strive to meet sales goals with accuracy and professionalism while partnering with Opticians and store teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math.
• Able to learn new technology with accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales and meet company objectives.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and measurements.
• Conduct measurements and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory.
• Provide respectful customer service and foster inclusivity.
