Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eyewear and eye-care experiences in-store for every customer.

You’ll assist patients with frame selections, use prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings, take measurements with optical tools, and collaborate with the Optician.

Join a team focused on quality, inclusivity, and excellent service; you’ll help maintain displays, hit sales goals, and foster relationships with peers, doctors, and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years retail or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic tech skills.
• Strong communication and math basics.
• Ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and achieve company objectives through existing and new customers.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements with optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and strong relationships with staff and doctors.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
