Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. seeks a Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with friendly, knowledgeable service.

You will drive sales, help customers select eyewear, and ensure accurate measurements while staying current on products and training. Responsibilities include meeting daily sales targets, engaging customers, performing measurements, and supporting store opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Experience in optical or retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products/services to meet eye care needs.
• Measures patients for eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through training.
• Executes day-to-day operations including opening/closing duties as needed in LEAD positions.
