Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Strong command of the English language for communication.
• Familiarity with cash register and basic retail technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in absence of the manager.
• Deliver quality improvements and exceed key performance indicators.
• Support and implement store business plans to maximize sales.
