Job summary

True Eye Experts New Tampa is seeking a full-time administrative professional to coordinate daily practice operations and ensure a superior patient experience. You will link doctors, visitors, and patients, supporting the premier destination for vision care in the community.

The role emphasizes scheduling, patient intake, and accurate handling of financial information, while maintaining confidentiality and following practice policies. Weekend/evening shifts may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year strong customer service skills (internal/external).
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients promptly and courteously.
• Answers phone in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedules appointments to optimize provider time and room usage.
• Notifies providers of patient arrivals and delays to keep on schedule.
• Gathers and updates financial information, processes charges and claims.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies in coordination with Practice Manager.
• Protects patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Supports office operations and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Works weekends and evenings as required by location.
