Qualifications

• Strong hands-on programming experience with C#, Python, or C/C++.
• Solid understanding of OOP, OOD and design patterns.
• Experience delivering production-quality software for testing or calibration.
• Ability to manage software projects from inception through deployment and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, release, deploy, and document software applications for vision system testing and calibration used in robotic surgical systems.
• Develop and integrate illumination measurement systems and related algorithms supporting vision system test and calibration.
• Collaborate with system and embedded software teams to develop and maintain APIs supporting manufacturing test and calibration processes.
• Build and maintain scalable software infrastructure and tools for rapid development of fixtures.
• Develop, document, and qualify production software ensuring reliability and compliance with manufacturing requirements.
• Take ownership of software projects from requirements to deployment and independently resolve production issues.
