Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or robotics.
• Minimum 8 years in medical devices, robotics, imaging systems, or similar.
• Familiarity with PCB design, signal integrity and EMC.
• Experience across product lifecycle: concept to sustaining engineering.
• Hands‑on engineer with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical investigations across design, manufacturing, and field performance.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement CAPAs.
• Design, test, validate, and implement engineering solutions.
• Develop manufacturing processes to diagnose failures and repair returns.
• Drive decisions using data analysis and structured problem solving.
• Lead design reviews and risk assessments.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Optical, Electrical, Firmware, Mechanical, Manufacturing, QA, Clinical, and Operations.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform DOE, verification tests, and lifecycle validation.
• Troubleshoot system-level issues; apply advanced failure analysis.
