Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the day-to-day operations and ongoing support of the Visage PACS, including image routing, archiving, and retrieval.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, IT staff, and other clinical stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize workflows, and configure the Visage system to meet clinical needs.
  • Perform system configuration changes, user account management, and security administration within the Visage PACS.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to image acquisition, transmission, storage, display, and integration with modalities and EMR/RIS systems.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end-users (radiologists, technologists, clinicians) on Visage PACS functionality and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, storage utilization, and data integrity to ensure high availability and reliability of the PACS.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new Visage features or modules.
  • Act as a primary contact for Visage vendor support, coordinating issue resolution and escalating problems as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) regarding image management and patient data.


  • On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.

    Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Healthcare IT role
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Visage PACS
  • HS Diploma / GED


  • Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Epic Radiant


  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
