Key Responsibilities:


  • Administer, configure, and maintain designated modules within the Infor Lawson ERP system (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM, Payroll).
  • Collaborate with various business departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into system solutions.
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Lawson users.
  • Manage system security, user access, and role configurations within Lawson.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of Lawson system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
  • Create and modify reports using Lawson reporting tools (e.g., LBI, Crystal Reports, SSRS) to meet business intelligence needs.
  • Facilitate data integrity and data clean-up initiatives within the Lawson environment.
  • Liaise with Infor support and third-party vendors for complex technical issues and system enhancements.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure effective utilization of the Lawson system.


  • On-call rotations will be likely during evenings and weekend. Must be flexible to travel onsite to client site up to 10%.

    Basic Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Healthcare IT role
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Lawson
  • HS Diploma / GED
