You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, conduct portfolio discovery, and provide tailored recommendations to strengthen controls and streamline operations. This role emphasizes virtual service quality and ongoing client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Treasury Management and payments solutions.
• Strong client service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow, manage and retain a portfolio of lower-end Business Banking clients via virtual outreach.
• Conduct discovery and analysis of client receivables, payables and liquidity.
• Provide consultative recommendations to improve payment efficiency and controls.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to prioritize opportunities and coordinate follow-up.
• Stay current on payments capabilities, digital solutions and industry trends.
