Job summary

ELB Learning is seeking experienced Virtual Training Facilitators to support a large-scale healthcare customer service training initiative. This remote, contract role runs about two weeks from mid-October 2026 to late November 2026, Eastern Time, with classes of up to 50 learners and a total volume of up to 400 new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training (vILT).
• Strong virtual classroom management with adult learners.
• Ability to manage groups of 30–50+ participants.
• Professional handling of challenging or disruptive learners.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate approximately two weeks of virtual new-hire training (≈10 full training days).
• Deliver existing content, including scripts, compliance requirements, and Medicare concepts.
• Lead engaging sessions for groups of up to 50 adult learners.
• Create a structured, supportive, and engaging virtual classroom environment.
• Manage questions, participation, and classroom dynamics throughout each session.
• Handle challenging or energetic learners with professionalism and confidence.
• Reinforce concepts and help learners apply information to their roles.
• Collaborate with internal training coordinators and fellow facilitators.
• Participate in onboarding, facilitator preparation, content review, and tech checks.
• Adapt quickly to content, systems, and training processes.
• Proactively communicate learner questions or issues to the project team.
