Job summary

Wider Circle is seeking a remote Healthcare Onboarding Training Facilitator on a contract basis to onboard non-clinical frontline staff and adapt to changing training needs. The role centers on live, video-based delivery to cohorts across the country, building trust and standardizing patient interactions with care tools and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live, remote onboarding for healthcare or regulated settings.
• Ability to coach a webcam room and manage a cohort of new hires.
• Strong scheduling, calendar management, and logistics coordination.
• Clear, actionable feedback on homework and practice assignments.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and standard collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live onboarding sessions via video; cover health screening scripts, intake workflows, HIPAA requirements, and escalation paths.
• Create engaging, participatory training; role-play calls and real-time coaching; adjust pacing for cohorts.
• Administer and grade final assessments; provide specific feedback on assignments.
• Coordinate training cohorts with hiring managers and new hires; manage invites, reminders, materials, and attendance.
• Distribute training materials; maintain accurate completion records; solicit feedback from managers for curriculum improvements.
• Support other training programs and adapt onboarding for additional roles as needs shift.
