Blue Sky Bank is seeking an on-site Virtual Teller/ITM Teller in Tulsa, OK. You will be the first point of contact for customers across branches, delivering friendly service via phone, video, and digital channels, while handling routine transactions and account support.

The role combines customer support with teller duties, digital banking guidance, and basic lending-related tasks. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; availability for Saturday operations is possible.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist customers via phone, video, and digital channels.
• Open accounts and support basic banking transactions and digital tools.
• Provide accurate information about products and services and resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with verification procedures and policies.
• Support multiple branch locations as needed.
