TRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS is seeking a Bank Teller for full-time, in-person work in Tulsa, OK. The Teller will assist customers with daily banking transactions, maintain accurate records, and follow security procedures in a professional branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong basic math and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and process financial transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Process personal and business checking and savings deposits.
• Handle cash and coin deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
• Accurately process and balance daily financial transactions.
• Accept loan payments and issue cashier's checks and money orders.
• Process cash advances on credit and debit cards.
• Assist with preparing and receiving currency and coin shipments.
• Follow banking security procedures and cash handling policies.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, including CTRs and Regulation CC holds.
• Identify and report suspicious transactions or activity.
• Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to assist customers and provide referrals.
• Assist at other branch locations when coverage is needed.
• Participate in community events and bank functions as needed.
