Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor via the ITM Virtual Center.
• Develop and retain virtual customer base; greet by name and respond promptly.
• Maintain trust and confidentiality of customer information.
• Balance and error record keeping; identify outages and assist with fixes.
• Receive checks and cash virtually; verify deposits and endorsements.
• Follow security, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Complete required training; maintain knowledge of products and services.
• Deliver efficient results with minimal wait times; propose solutions.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
