Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office)
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and uncovering client needs
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATM, Online/Mobile banking)
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and IRM-oriented referrals
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions
• Participate in branch leadership routines and product knowledge training
• Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution
