Job summary

Fullmind is seeking New York State certified educators with an active SWD certificate to join our fully remote, 1099 contract pool. You will access the educator portal to select openings, teach the district’s curriculum on its virtual platform, and develop aligned lesson plans.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of teaching experience, reliable equipment and internet, and the ability to complete a background check and virtual skills demonstration. Start dates depend on placements.

Qualifications

• New York State SWD certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional educator experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district’s calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you’ve completed the application process.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Minimum of3 years of experience as a professional educator

• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
