Soliant is seeking a qualified virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in a South Dakota school district.

This fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay. A SD SLP license and CCC-SLP are required, with a master's degree in SLP or communications disorders and school-based experience preferred.

Jobbeschreibung

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) School located in South Dakota

Position Type: Contract (1099)

Schedule: Full Time preferred (30-40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: $48-$56/Hour, paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications

• South Dakota SLP License (Must be licensed in state of residence if outside of South Dakota)
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Experience Working In School-based Settings Strongly Preferred

• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational compliance requirements
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
