Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy to students in a fully remote setting. A current SLP license and CCC-SLP are required, with 1+ year of school-based experience.

This U.S.-based remote contract (1099) role offers full-time scheduling (30–40 hours/week) and compensation of $48–$56 per hour, paid weekly. Kansas licensure or eligibility in the resident state is required.

About The Role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to students in an educational environment. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offering flexibility and autonomy while supporting student success in communication and learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Kansas SLP License (Must be licensed in state of residence if outside of Kansas)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Experience Working In School-based Settings Strongly Preferred

• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational compliance requirements
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
