Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy to students in a fully remote, school-based setting. This 1099 contractor role offers flexibility and autonomy while supporting student communication goals.

Required qualifications include an active SLP license in the appropriate state, a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders, and CCC-SLP credentials. Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred.

Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) School located in North Dakota

Position Type: Contract (1099)

Schedule: Full Time preferred (30-40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: $48-$56/Hour, paid weekly

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications

• North Dakota SLP License (Must be licensed in state of residence if outside of North Dakota)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience Working In School-based Settings Strongly Preferred
