Job summary

Fullmind is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for telehealth services delivered to students on the school district calendar. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with immediate start dates based on placements after the application process.

You will provide remote, fee-based SLP therapy, evaluate speech and language levels, craft individualized treatment plans, and document progress toward IEP goals while collaborating with teachers and administrators. Must be licensed and ASHA-certified.

Qualifications

• Valid state SLP license and ASHA certification.
• Active licensure with no disciplinary actions.
• Experience delivering telehealth services in school/IEP settings.
• FERPA-compliant tech setup and private workspace.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality telehealth speech-language pathology services to students.
• Evaluate students’ speech and language levels and translate findings into goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with required rigor.
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to coordinate progress.

• Pay Rate: $40-$65+ hourly rate, based on experience. Rates are negotiable.
• Fully Remote. 1099 Contract Opportunity
• Assignments available for the 2026-27 School Year. Flexible hours depending on the opportunity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district’s calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you’ve completed the application process.

As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality telehealth speech-language pathology services, building the same rapport and momentum an in-person therapist would
• Evaluate students’ speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s IEP
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress
• Must have a valid state SLP license and an active ASHA certification
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP context
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
