• Partner with school-based staff to align on student progress.
• Must hold an active LBESPA license and be in good standing.
• Experience with telehealth platforms for school/IEP assessments.
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant tech setup: webcam, headset, high-speed internet.
• Collaborate remotely with classroom teachers, case managers and families.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

As a Fullmind Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech), building the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist would
• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress
• Must hold an active clinical license from the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (LBESPA).
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and placement.
