Job summary

Fullmind is hiring a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (1099 contract) to serve U.S. school placements for the 2026-27 year. You will deliver virtual speech and language therapy, assess progress, and align with IEP goals while coordinating with district staff and families.

Requirements include an active Arizona SLP license, AZ DOE certification, and FERPA-compliant remote setup. Immediate start dates depend on placements and completion of application.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona SLP license in good standing with no disciplinary history.
• PreK–12 professional non-teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Working knowledge of IDEA and Arizona special education law/A.R.S. requirements.
• Comfort with tele-practice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery in a school/IEP setting.
• FERPA-compliant home setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private workspace.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction in a virtual classroom.
• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with required rigor.
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress.

The Role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress

• Strong remote-collaboration skills. You'll be a full partner to classroom teachers, case managers, and families even without being in the building
• Authorization to work in the United States
