Fullmind is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for 1099 teletherapy roles with U.S. schools. Fully remote, with flexible hours and immediate start dates.

Deliver engaging Teletherapy, assess speech-language levels, set IEP goals, and design individualized treatment plans. Document sessions and track progress toward IEP objectives. Must hold an active LBESPA license in good standing, be authorized to work in the United States, and have a reliable telehealth setup.

$40-$60+ hourly rate based on experience. Rates are negotiable and subject to change. Fully Remote. 1099 Contract Opportunity Assignments available for the 2026-27 School Year. Flexible hours depending on the opportunity. Must hold an active clinical license from the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (LBESPA).

The Role

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

• Deliver engaging, high-quality speech and language instruction through Teletherapy (Telespeech), building the same rapport and momentum as an in-person therapist would
• Evaluate students' speech and language levels and translate findings into clear, actionable goals
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's IEP
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require
• Partner with school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators, to keep everyone aligned on student progress

Requirements

• Must hold an active clinical license from the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (LBESPA).
• Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
• Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy delivery in a school/IEP context
• Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
• Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Benefits

This is a 1099 contract position; it does not include employee benefits. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and placement.
