• Familiarity with Total Expert and lead generation systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a pipeline from origination to closing.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainable referral relationships with realtors, builders, and professionals.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, processes, and loan products.
• Coach and train Mortgage Loan Advisors on behaviors and activities.
• Educate on all aspects of the mortgage loan originator role including processing and closing.
• Master the loan process from application to closing and escalate as needed.
• Provide timely updates to branches and applicants; manage customer expectations.
