Responsibilities

• Works with grade level teams and wraparound supports to promote positive student behaviors.
• Conducts Functional Assessments using multiple data sources.
• Develops Behavior Support Plans based on proactive, person-centered approaches.
• Tracks effectiveness of plans and updates as needed.
• Provides training and modeling to staff for implementation of plans and strategies.
• Promotes prosocial skill development through group and individual supports.
• Documents promptly and accurately per policy and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
