Job summary

ACCEL Schools' Virtual Preparatory Academy of Indiana is seeking a Licensed School Psychologist to conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations for K–12 students, following federal, state, and district guidelines. The role involves tele-assessment with occasional in-person support for state testing and events.

You will collaborate with school teams, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings while upholding confidentiality and MTSS/RTI responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Indiana School Psychologist with active license.
• Proficient with computers and online documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and management ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience complying with federal/state background check requirements.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations for K–12 students.
• CompleteInitial Evaluations and Re-evaluations following guidelines.
• Prepare assessment plans, record reviews, and FBAs.
• Administer cognitive and achievement assessments virtually.
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Present findings at meetings and collaborate on eligibility decisions.
• Contribute to MTSS/RTI team discussions and planning.
