Job summary

Syneos Health in Detroit is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to execute outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with clinicians and office staff. You will articulate product benefits, deliver presentations, and build trust through professional communication in a virtual setting, while developing a dynamic territory plan aligned with regional market trends.

Required 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with 1+ years in specialty sales (Urology preferred) and 1+ years in virtual sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 1+ years specialty sales experience, Urology preferred.
• Demonstrated history of documented & consistent achievement of sales performance.
• 1+ years virtual sales experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.

• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.

• Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve goals, as well as understand local & regional market trends for virtual territory.

The Virtual Sales Representative implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSR will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.
