Job summary

Syneos Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to deliver compelling presentations, manage a defined territory, and advance client marketing plans in a compliant, virtual environment.

You will leverage pharma sales experience, engage HCPs and office staff remotely, build a dynamic territory plan, and collaborate with field sales partners to achieve shared goals.

Requirements include 2+ years pharma sales, 1+ year virtual sales, and a proven track record of performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• 1+ years specialty sales experience required, Urology preferred.
• Demonstrated history of documented & consistent achievement of sales performance.
• 1+ years virtual sales experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with field sales partners to strategically support shared, high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Clearly articulate the clinical benefits and value of the product to HCPs and office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
• Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
• Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve goals, as well as understand local & regional market trends for virtual territory.

The Virtual Sales Representative implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSR will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.
