What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive and deliver sales targets by setting objectives and monitoring team performance
- Oversee sales cadences focusing on revenue attainment and opportunity identification
- Develop and maintain performance reports for the Virtual Sales Representative team
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and coordinate efforts with Field Sales Leadership
- Provide coaching and training for new hires on the Virtual Sales team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related area
- 5-7 years of experience in sales (virtual preferred) and 2-3 years as a first-line manager
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales quotas
- Experience with virtual sales techniques and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to travel up to 20%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity as a manager
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
