Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state or an acceptable equivalent.
• Compact license valid for remote practice.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
• Minimum of three years’ medical/surgical inpatient nursing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and clinical support via virtual platforms.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate care remotely.
• Educate patients and complete clinical documentation.
• Monitor patients ongoing and ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Utilize EMR and other healthcare technology systems.
• Establish collaborative relationships with patients, families, and physicians.
• Follow policies, standards, and privacy guidelines; deliver patient-centered care.
