Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice empowering women and families with menopause- and pregnancy-focused nutrition care through telehealth. We offer flexibility and a multi-disciplinary team approach, allowing registered dietitians to deliver cohesive, evidence-based nutrition therapy while maintaining autonomy over scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) or RDN in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Able to commit at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong clinical independence with excellent communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutrition care.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure privacy and compliance.
• Uphold standards of care during visits on Pomelo platform.
