Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice delivering care for women and children through pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause, and perimenopause. As a Registered Dietitian with Pomelo, you will conduct synchronous video visits, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focusing on metabolic and bone health.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified RD/RDN with CDR licensure in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commitment to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video visits, and EMR.
• Strong collaboration for multidisciplinary care and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Engage patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
