Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert virtual care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while collaborating with a multi-specialty team to deliver holistic care to patients nationwide.

The role emphasizes evidence-based nutrition, documentation, and patient outcomes. This 1099 contractor position requires telehealth proficiency and a license to practice in any US state.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN with a US state license.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commitment to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for all Pomelo visits.
